Martinus Nijhoffbrug - A highway bridge
Objective: to replace the outdated steel truss bridge "Bommelse Brug". Construction started in September 1992, in use at Januari 18, 1996
Part of the highway infra-structure of the Netherlands. At the location of the bridge, the river is narrowed to a width of 240 meters. More information available in the video.
